Biscuits

Ingredients 2 cups almond flour 2 cups tapioca flour 1 tsp baking powder 2\3 cup honey 8 tbls melted butter 1 tsp cinnamon Method Mix together make round balls and squash with a fork. Bake at 180 C for about 20 mins. (Can add raisins and can substitute cinnamon for ground ginger).

Ingredients: 1 tin pinapple chunks 1 tin coconut cream/milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 banana 4 strawberries – optional Method: Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth, pour into molds and freeze.
